An exercise in wood

Very often when moving into a new space we bring with us the accoutrements that furnished our previous abodes. I’m giving myself a challenge to build all(almost) the furniture that will be used to bring life to my new space. There will be many posts following that will determine how well I met this challenge. Hopefully my roommates will enjoy the design decisions that I make in regards to our shared dining and coffee table XD.
